Shipments costs

1. We calculate the costs according to goods weight and volume, and also we will arrange the goods delivery.
2. If customers have forwarder, we will not charge the shipping, and we will assist customers' forwarder dispatch goods.

Shipments conditions

1. By express, time needed 3-6days. The most convenient and fast way, also our usual way
2. By air, time needed 4-7days, but need to deliver the goods at air port
3. By sea, time needed 25-30days, need long shipping time, but shipping cost is cost-effective. Also need to deliver the goods at sea port. If goods very heavy, we recommend by sea

Payment terms/conditions: Paypal, T/T(Bank transfer) and Western Union

Delivery time: 2-7 working days for sample order, 7-20 working days for official orders.

Warranty: 2-3 years from delivery date. If the product go wrong due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within this two-year guarantee period, we will bear the shipping cost to repair or replace the defectiveness.

At our local area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them. We have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us.

b) Workshop

We now have high class non-dust workshops and each worker is forced to wear clip caps and shoe covers. That make sure the work environment clean and safe.

 

c) Quality control

c1. QC workshop

Four supervisors will check material thickness, chip lumen, driver voltage etc to make sure products meet quality.

c2. Aging test

More than 24 hours aging time, to seek out problem lights. And make sure all goods in good condition before package.

c3. QC in packaging

Three workers check whether the housing surface scratches before packaging.

 

d) Quality complains

If any customers make quality complains, we will forward it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.

Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedbacks and solution.
